of the "Refer a Friend and Earn €100!" Referral Program

I. Organizer

(1) The referral program ("Refer a Friend and Earn €100!") is organized by "SigmaCars" Ltd., UIC 208287305, with registered office and management address in Varna, 56 Sabi Velkov Str., 1st floor, apt. 4, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

II. Subject of the Program

(1) The Program allows individuals ("Referrer") to receive a remuneration of 100 (one hundred) euros upon a successfully completed transaction between the Organizer and a new customer ("Client") referred by them, under the terms of these rules.

III. Conditions for Participation

(1) Adult individuals may participate in the Program.

(2) The Referrer can submit a recommendation via:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. the official form on the SigmaCars website

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ or

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 2. through the Organizer's official communication channels (including social media chat, email, or other written electronic channels).

(3) When the recommendation is submitted through a communication channel under para. 2, item 2, the Organizer sends the Referrer a link to these Terms and Conditions and/or an electronic form for data confirmation.

(4) The recommendation is considered valid only after the Referrer explicitly confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and provides the requested data.

(5) By submitting and confirming the recommendation, the Referrer declares that:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. they have prior consent from the Client for the provision of their contact details;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 2. the information provided is true and accurate;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 3. the Client is not in an active negotiation process with "SigmaCars" Ltd. at the time of submission;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 4. the Client has not independently submitted an inquiry to the Organizer in the last 30 days.

IV. Conditions for Entitlement to Remuneration

(1) The right to remuneration arises only if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. the client enters into a contract with "SigmaCars" Ltd.;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 2. the transaction is finally completed;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 3. "SigmaCars" Ltd. receives the full agreed payment for the transaction;

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 4. the transaction is not cancelled, terminated or annulled within 14 days of its completion.

(2) Remuneration is not due in case of refusal by the Client, non-payment, or cancellation of the transaction.

V. Amount and Payment of Remuneration

(1) The amount of remuneration is fixed – 100 (one hundred) euros.

(2) Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 business days after the conditions in Section IV are met.

(3) The Organizer may request the provision of a bank account and personal data necessary for accounting and tax reporting.

(4) All tax obligations related to the received income are at the expense of the Referrer, unless otherwise required by law.

VI. Limitations and Abuse

(1) Self-referral or referral through related parties to circumvent the terms is not permitted.

(2) In case of abuse, the Organizer has the right to refuse payment of remuneration.

(3) The Organizer has the right to request additional information to verify the validity of the recommendation.

VII. Absence of Intermediary Relationship

(1) Participation in the Program does not create a commercial agency contract, intermediation, employment relationship, or any other type of long-term commitment between the parties.

VIII. Protection of Personal Data

(1) The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy published on the website.

(2) The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that they have the Client's consent to provide their data.

IX. Amendments and Termination

(1) The Organizer has the right at any time to amend the terms or terminate the Program by publishing an updated version on the website.

(2) Amendments do not affect already existing rights to remuneration.

X. Applicable Law

(1) All matters not settled herein shall be governed by the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
